This service handles walk-in Patients and patients requesting a particular investigation or service that does not require consultation from our facility Drs.
The service is also used to clear paper investigation request that has been made before the paperless policy in the hospital.
Patients whose Drs are only interested in seeing the results of their investigations and not necessarily having consultations with them are also attended to at instant service centers
At these centers, our staff will initiate minimal registration for walk-in patients on the EMR to generate a PID no. then the investigations or services are requested on the EMR before the patients are sent to where the services are to be rendered e.g lab, radiology, EEG, ECG, etc.
When the results of the investigations or services are ready the patients are free to walk into any of our centers to pick up their printed results or make an official request from our website. Investigation results can be sent to patients via their email if requested at no cost for now.
